Welcome to the Jester's Kingdom. I hope you enjoy your stay. I'd offer you my second born to follow my blog via one of the handy links to the right, but you'd give him back. And I'm rather fond of him.
The Jester Queen welcomes you back to her kingdom. She's excited that her tendency to refer to herself in the third person hasn't scared you away.
Jamie made the first merge of her nine-hour drive and pushed the car faster as she started singing along, understanding exactly which way to go, the music of her childhood all around her.

Dear Trifecta, thank you for letting me abuse your meme to advertise my novel again. Dear readers, that’s my novel’s last line, but if you think it’s a spoiler, you’re dead wrong. Take a chance on an e-book, and I think I might just convert you to electronic tomes.
About jesterqueen: Jessie Powell is the Jester Queen. She likes to tell you about her dog, her kids, her fiction, and her blog, but not necessarily in that order.

First of all, I love long drives to think, to sing, to daydream. Sounds like Jamie made some decisions she’s happy with or at least peaceful. I’m going to download your book, JQ!

Hurray! Thank you! Let me know what you think!
Great ending. Sounds optimistic and hopeful. I’m old fashioned (when it comes to readin). Can I get a paper or hardback version on Amazon?

Indeed
I must say, Jesterqueen, I just bought your book and this is the first time I’ve ever bought a book based on the ending! 😀
Wahoo!! That’s AWESOME. Hope you like the beginning and middle as well!

I’m commenting without having read your post. As soon as I read “divorce” and “spoiler” I closed my eyes halfway and scrolled down. It’s next up on my to-read list. Downloaded and waiting patiently in my Kindle… 🙂

You’re so funny – it’s not really a spoiler. It’s just the last line. About all you can glean from it is that the main character didn’t die.
This is a nice positive ending. She sounds at peace with herself.

That’s a fair interpretation.
That’s not a spoiler! That’s a teaser! It’s on my to-read list, for sure.

Haha! You’re right. But the word ‘spoiler’ in and of itself can be a teaser, so I’m still sort of fair…
Oh that moment, the one where you know exactly where you’re meant to go? Priceless. You nailed it. Thanks for sharing this with us. I hope you get a million downloads. Come on back tomorrow, won’t you?
That would be totally awesome! Thanks again. I’m really glad you liked it.
I’ve been wanting to read this for a long, long time. Terrific ending line.
